Hezbollah's Media Relations Department

LGF has closeups of Hezbollah's business cards, which it says is not a joke.

Now you can send these monsters a message if you so choose. I don't know why, but I think it's interesting that Hezbollah uses Yahoo for its email (mediarelations123@yahoo.com).

gee, Lefty, several others have already commented on your "what is factually incorrect?" response...but here's one more.

What's wrong is that it focuses on the Hezbullshit spin of implying that the main effect if not the INTENT of the bombing was to choke off aid. The main effect AND the intent was to choke off TERRORISTS and their supplies.

in 1943 the famous "Dam Busters" of the RAF destroyed several key dams in the Ruhr valley. Two headlines were possible from this:

(1) RAF destroys Ruhr valley dams to cripple German war machine

(2) RAF destroys Ruhr valley dams depriving millions of women, children and puppies of water!

at least in WWII the press was reasonable enough to use headline #1. Even though there would have been nothing "factually incorrect" if headline #2 had been used!

"This is Lebanon's umbilical cord," Christiane Berthiaume of the World Food Program told AP. "This [road] has been the only way for us to bring in aid. We really need to find other ways to bring relief in."

By arguing the term "aid" is a spin and saying it should say something along the line of hezbollah terrorists, you are spinning it the other way. Journalism involves being impartial, by claiming someone is a terrorist you are already declaring them the enemy when, unless you are Israeli, really have no reason for exerting effort to choose a side.

I remember Bernard Shaw using the same standard: if a journalist knows that America 's enemies were laying an ambush for American troops, they wouldn't let the military know. They would rather be impartial and let the American troops be killed.

I hope the journalist would move to live under an Islamic utopia and exercise his/her impartiality there.

The same roads are used by Hez terrorists for resupply. The terrorists have used women/children as human shields, UN vehicles, Red Cross ambulance to transport weapons and carried their attacks. Why can't you see that? Personally you don't choose side between Hez terrorists and Is/America?

also, the american taxpayers payed every Isreali family over $200,000 to relocate after they pledged to withdraw from the occupied territories last year but refused to pay the victims of Katrina any restitution.... 65 UN resolutions? Ok, I'm lazy, can you list them or at least the source for this?

Lebanon, and more importantly, Hezbollah, have never been the target of any UN resolutions until the last 2 weeks.

UN resolution 1559, September 2nd, 2004. That's a long two weeks.

Oh, and yes, the 2 Isreali soldiers were captured inside Lebanon, which is perfectly legal as they were aggressors in a sovereign nation, not to mention the fact that the night before those 2 soldiers were captured, Isreal kidnapped 2 civilians from the Gaza strip and they have never been heard from again...

Captured? Kidnapped. If it was the Lebanese army, and the Lebanese army took them from Lebanese soil, it would be a capture. Seeing that none of the above applies, it's a kidnap.

That's right, on Lebanese soil. They were not on Lebanese soil when they were taken, contrary to your...your misinformation?

In the palestinian territories, everyone is a civilian once they drop their weapons, right jedi?

If one is your friend and the other is the criminal who tried to kill your friend and you, you wouldn't be interested?

To help you understand better (unless you are spinning): Is is our democratic ally in the ME; Hez terrorists are the criminals who killed Americans and a proxy for the modern Hitler in Iran. Neutrality in this case is a cover for standing with evil. Decent people know better. That 's why CNN is despicable for all their behaviors so far.

It is to laugh.

So, Saddam breaks 12 resolutions required in order to comply to the 1991 Gulf War cease-fire, but we should have given them another chance.

Hizb'allah had a UN resolution to dissolve from Lebanon in 2000...have they honoured it yet?

And now you are concerned about UN resolutions vis-a-vis Isreal

Most of those resolutions didn't call for Israel to do anything, but simply to say "shame, shame on you, you bad boy".

http://www.middleeastnews.com/unresolutionslist.html

Note the language on most of them:

"strongly condemns", "deeply regrets", "deplores", "takes note", a few "urges", and very little "demands".

Now, here is a challenge...find me some UN resolutions (with teeth) against:

The PLO
The PPLP
Syria
Iran (pre 2004)
Iraq (pre 1991)
Palestinean Authority
France
Russia/CCCP

Frankly, if the UN cannot enforce their own resolutions against Iraq, or even currently Iran...it's a pretty moot point.
