Lee, the Democrats don't CARE what the best interests of the American people are. They push their beliefs on everyone whether it takes away our rights or not. "We're going to take things away from you on behalf of the common good." is how Hilary Clinton put it. And that's bullshit.

In all fairness, I think a lot of "democrats" do think that they are doing what is best for all Americans. They just don't realize that their preferred form of government, secular socialism, is inherently evil as it is a direct affront to human nature and therefore deemed to fail just like in the Soviet Union, N. Korea, China, and Cuba. Yes, pretty much everything the "democrats" do has unintended consequences that ultimately do so much, much more harm than the good they had intended, but still in their minds (and the fabricated reality inwhich they live) they are doing only good things because they care.

Lee, let us run down the list of Democratic achievements. FDR gave eastern Europe to the Soviets, enslaving them for nearly 50 years. Truman, by not defeating North Korea and supporting the Republic of China in their fight against Communism, cost millions of lives and cost America Trillions of dollars. Kennedy left Castro in charge in Cuba. That surely is in the best interest of America. Johnson failed to suppport a US ally, South Viet Nam, in its fight against a communist take over. He failed because they fought that war in the south, not the North. We never capured Hanoi. Carter, gave away the Panama Canal, surely not in America's best interests, and failed to support the Shaw of Iran. Clinton failed at everything, except the seduction of an intern and formulating an effective foreign policy. I particularly like Clinton selling or giving, for campaign contributions, 5 Cray supercomputers. The kind necessary to design miniture thermonuclear warheads for MIRVed ICBMs which China had none of before Clintons gift. That is just a quick list, Lee, of why your side is the wrong side, when it comes to what is best for America. The question arises, which side are you really on?
