This week's Weekend Caption Contest™ was timely and topical, with the Friday launch of the iPhone. Oddly no one noticed that the subject of the photo, Patrick Scoble, is the son of former Microsoft blogger Robert Scoble. Of course to know that you'd have had to have been following the elder Scoble's liveblogging of the wait in the iPhone lines. The assignment this week was to caption the following picture:

Little forced/ contrite on some, there were better. (And no, I don't include mine....OK, wait, yes, I do..."...and I was right in line behind some guy name Bill Gazes...Grates....or something like that..." That deserved the Throwback to two weeks ago...how smarmy and shameless is this week's Throwback? Sheesh....so direct it's obvious...")
