Weekend Caption Contest™ Winners

This week’s Weekend Caption Contest™ was another rousing success. The assignment this week was to caption the following picture:

President Barack Obama talks with Vice President Joe Biden and Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel in the Oval Office, Sept. 9, 2010. (Official White House Photo by Pete Souza)

Here are the winning entries:

1) (Jay Tea) – “Axis Of Fail.

2) (mpw280) – “Plugs and Thugs.

3) (retired military) – Rahm thought bubble “Here we have the Pres and VP of the US. And they thought Karl Rove was a political genius

4) (Jeff Blogworthy) – “Rock’em sock’em Sorosbots.

5) (Hodink) – “You know, Rahm’s leaving is another big f*cking deal.

6) (IowaRight) – “So I tell the guy that I really am the Vice President, and he says something about his ass, I tell him I don’t like his tone, he says ‘whataya gonna do about it?’, so I peel off my jacket and am about to give the guy a taste of a knuckle sandwich when, lucky for him, the cub scout leader calls him back to the group…

The Readers Choice Award this week went to Jay Tea’s winning entry. In it’s place we offer one more excellent caption – suitable for a bumper sticker:

(JB) – “Bad plugs! Chicago thugs!

That’s all for this weekend. A new edition of the Wizbang Weekend Caption Contest™ will debut Friday morning.
