In the wake of the mass shooting in Aurora, NBC has announced that Ann Curry, who NBC kicked off Today last month, and her replacement Savannah Guthrie will co-host the weekend edition of Today from Aurora, Colorado this Saturday and Sunday. Talk about awkward…

    “I’ll go ahead and ask it, “Where in the world is Matt Lauer?”

    That’s got to be the easiest question to answer I’ve faced today. He’s going to be where ever else in the world he needs to be to keep him from being on the same set, sitting between those two ladies in front of television cameras this weekend. (snark-fest Friday)
