About Those Bangs…

michelle-obama-bang

“To address the most significant event of the weekend, I love her bangs,” President Obama said. “She looks good. She always looks good.”

He’s her husband, and he’s obviously well-trained, because that’s exactly what he’s supposed to say.

Call me old-fashioned, but I’m still of the mind that bangs are still the province of younger women. When I see the Michelle Obama’s bangs all I can think of is (with apologies to Dave Chappelle)…

    …another step in her wookification

When will conservatives ever learn that personal attacks do not work on liberals. Why not discuss President Obama promising to increase government spending and refusing to face the long term problems of automatic entitlement spending combined with the demographic changes of the U. S.

One would think after four years of an Obama Administration that conservatives would learn to focus on the issues instead of the personality.

Well, Chimpy McHilter would likely disagree with your assumption.

But isn’t it interesting how Obama’s in full promise mode at this point? He’s REALLY good at promises, don’t you think? He can make promises all day long, and half the night.

Of course, whether he actually intends to keep them, or whether he CAN keep them is another matter entirely. Frankly, aside from his promise to ‘fundamentally transform America’, he’s got a pretty low score. And even then, the ‘transformation’ is roughly the way you transform a Ferrari by wrapping it around a telephone pole.

Worthy of examination and further research: Why do personal attacks work against Republicans or conservatives and not work against Democrats, liberals or socialists? What social, cultural and economic forces are in play and how do they relate to public perception?

personal attacks do not work on liberals.

Correct, because in order to work they would need to have a sense of shame. In order to have a sense of shame they would have to have a moral code. Lefties lack any moral code or compass and feel no shame no matter how profoundly immoral their actions are.

I don’t really care what she looks like.

I just wish she had and exhibited some class, like the dinner with Boehner next to her. Then again, I wish her husband had some class also.

I’d be happy to ignore the “First Lady” if only she’d ignore us! We do not vote for a First Lady. She should have NO say in ANYTHING but maybe what Barack wears to a state dinner. Shut up, Michelle. We know that you hate the United States, but so what? What WE hate is your authoritarian attempts to control our lives. Shut up, Michelle. Shut up.

Isn’t the act of telling someone to shut up the kind of thing that a liberal would do?

      • MartinLandauCalrissian

        Shut up, Dave. LOL

  • LiberalNightmare

She looks somewhat less like a klingon with the bangs than without them

  • MartinLandauCalrissian

She looks like a sheep dog.
