Convicted Domestic Terrorist, drug dealer, and perjurer sues conservative bloggers

This could prove interesting.

The convicted Speedway Bomber is suing a long list of conservative bloggers who have been publishing his criminal record and ongoing criminal activities. Despite the specious nature of the suit, I kind of hope it proceeds to mutual discovery such that Bomberboy’s various “Charitable Organizations” get a close examination.

The list (full pdf of suit as filed available here) is something of a who’s who:

National Bloggers Club
Ali Akbar
Patrick Frey (aka Patterico)
Eric Ericson (Red State)
Michelle Malkin
Glenn Beck
Aaron Walker (Allergic to Bull)
Willam Hoge (Hogewash)
Lee Stranahan
Robert Stacy McCain (The Other McCain)
James O’Keefe
Mandy Nagy
DB Capitol Strategies
The Franklin Center
Simon & Schuster, Inc.
Mercury Radio Arts
The Blaze
Ace of Spades

Is this the legal version of self inflicted gunshot wounds? Looks like it to this observer.

The less deep pockets of the named defendents have set up a legal defense fund, and I urge you to hit it.

This won’t last long. Once it gets to discovery it will go away very quickly. Since Kimberlin is implicated in the SWATing of several of the accused he is not going to want people digging into that. He needs to learn that people are not breaking the law by pointing out that he was convicted of a felony.

    • LiberalNightmare

I don’t know, Kimberlin’s goal seems to be more along the lines of ‘make it suck as much as possible’ than to actually win anything.

A person like that can be a pain in the ass for a really long time.

In other news, the bag lady on Main Street is suing the mayor and Satan.

    • Yep: This is how silly this all has become. Instead of ever being creative for the good, America, (thanks to the Usurper) has become creative in crime of every description: bribes, money laundering, politics, murder, lies, illegals everywhere, fraud in voting, thugs by the millions, what else and the beat goes on, and on. Oh don’t forget lawyers to defend these evil doers everywhere, not to mention the so called justice system.
THE AMERICAN REGIME HAS MADE A U TURN FOR THE EVIL ROAD, no longer paved with good intentions.

      • Commander_Chico

Yes, I wanted to give some recognition to your efforts.

Lawfare is all the rage among various hate groups and hateful individuals; it’s the easiest way to fundamentally change America, especially with the courts stacked with Republic-hating judges. Mohammedan groups have achieved the civil rights status of racial preference, blacks have gained eternal reparations and suppression of whites, and makers of unConstitutional laws just get John Roberts to rewrite their legislation to pass SC muster of a majority of leftist judges. President LastNameUnknown and his black-only DOJ pick and choose which laws will be enforced and who will be prosecuted, with the the lapdog media providing cover for their crimes.

    Meanwhile, I keep a weather-eye on the horizon….

And I feel so much safer for it. Thanks, Flash.

Says the guy who probably donates to the Justice Through Music Project run by Kimberlin.

        • Commander_Chico

I just sent $20 because of that crack.

          • jim_m

Yeah, but then we already knew that you supported terrorism against the United States.

          • Commander_Chico

No, I need the USA to pay my pension.

          • jim_m

Then I would think twice about supporting Kimberlin

          • He just boasted of contributing, perhaps he’ll be named in the counter-suit(s).

          • And I just kicked 5x that to the bloggers being sued.

          • Commander_Chico

I’ll see you and raise you $1000.

          • 1. I don’t believe you are that generous with your own money.

            2. There’s no way to confirm that you have contributed anything to either of the speeedway bombers charities.

            3. That having been said, I’ll consider believing you Just as soon as jtmp lists their donors like does…

          • Commander_Chico

            Darn . . . .

What’s sort of scary/funny about this is the demographics of the blogosphere’s audience are so horrific you’ll actually see donations to this largely anonymous set of bloggers. Retired government clerical drones and bored housewives and househusbands sending in real money so that the likes of “Ali Akbar” (who?), “Ace of Spaces” (what?) and “The Blaze” (huh?) can mug for the cameras and play martyr for a while, before that nonsense lawsuit inevitably gets dropped or dismissed. Then the added self-parody of a host of people with nothing more than GEDs and high school diplomas opining about the legal technicalities, or at least the technicalities as they understand them based upon what they’ve seen on TV, heard on AM talk radio or read in blog comments. Surreal. In any event, overall the political chattering classes are not that bright, they’re poorly educated and they have way too much time on their hands. And that begets Idiocracy. QED.

Your arrogance is stunning. Please list your qualifications. I’d like to know why you are so much better than the rest of us.
