Wrestler “Rowdy” Roddy Piper Dead At The Age Of 61: Or is it Fake?

Would a pro wrestler like Rowdy Roddy fake his own death? Well, as someone who always viewed pro wrestling as entertainment and not sport, I’d say, “Of course he would!”

Take a peek at Rowdy Roddy at the peak of his career …

Now then, after watching that (or even some of that) what do you think? Dead or alive?

Personally, I’m expecting a match in the next month or so with the Resurrected Roddy Piper against Hulk Hogan. They’ll bring Piper in on a morgue table and he’ll pop up and enter the ring and the fight will be on.

Probably dead. And I sometimes wonder about the ethics in pro wrestling (and in pro football as well). A lot of men destroy their bodies in that industry, just to entertain us fans. I wonder if it’s worth it.

I was sure that Iwog was dead. But, recently, I have been receiving some disconcerting and bewildering messages. Life is strange.

Probably dead, but “They Live” was a documentary, not fiction.

Sadly, steroid use is common in wrestling, and can lead to heart failure at a younger age. I don’t know if this was a factor here or not.

Be nice. Roddy was a very entertaining wrestler. And it is “wrestling entertainment” after all.
