The Bonfire of the Vanities celebrates one year of hard core suckitude. On this glorious occasion it seems proper to pick that most horrifying of posts and give in a proper crowning at the worst post of the years. Time to light the anniversary Bonfire.

There's a difference between a car bomb or suicide bomber and an event like what occurred on 9/11. That Al Qaeda is reduced to the smaller attacks speaks volumes, I think - not that they're any less terrorizing.
