It seems Amazon has removed... (Below threshold)1. Posted by BR | October 8, 2005 7:56 AM | Score: 0 (0 votes cast)
It seems Amazon has removed their page linking to Mapes' book and the Chapter 1 excerpt. More on it here, in the Wizbang thread entitled "Rathergate - Rather And Mapes Still Don't Get It."
(Hee, how's that for a trackback - back to Wizbang itself :)
Wizbang's link to Amazon was:
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/subst/home/home.html/103-0364758-9824675
An alternative link was:

Neither one works anymore, and so far I can't find it via Waybackmachine.org.
