Earlier this week, I wrote about Evandro Doirado, the Massachusetts man accused of a truly terrifying series of crimes. At that time, I called for his immediate, summary execution -- and the only complaints from readers was I was being too kind.
Today, there's yet more news out about him -- and somehow, beyond my own expectations, it's even worse.
It appears that not only is Mr. Doirado an illegal alien, here from Brazil, but he also may be HIV-positive.
Prosecutors want him tested. His defense attorney objects.
The vigilante in me sees two possible solutions to this problem.
1) Conduct the test in the course of an autopsy.
2) "Mr. Nagle, you object to your client being tested for HIV?"
"I do, your honor. There's no legal basis for this."
"Bailiff, stick the defendant with this hypodermic, then stick defense counsel with it."
"Your honor, I wisthdraw my objection."

Mr. Doirado allegedly had a disagreement with another gentleman during and alleged drug deal and allegedly stabbed him quite seriously. Allegedly believing that he had killed the other gentleman, Mr. Doirado allegedly decided to "have some fun" before going to jail. With that in mind, he allegedly kidnapped a young mother and two two-year-old son, allegedly repeatedly raped her over two days, often in front of the boy, allegedly forced her to a liquor store to buy booze, where she mouthed "help me" and the name of the hotel where she was allegedly being held. The liquor store clerk called the police, who arrested him at the hotel.

Say, it's just part of the charm of multiculturalism, who are we to judge, eh? Of course, it's too bad for the young mother, but she'll be pleased by the availability of ethnic restaurants, won't she?

This is one good example of where the death penalty should be applied no matter anyone's objections to it. If he is HIV positive, every guard he comes into contact with in prison will have to worry about him intentionally infecting them.

Sometimes the old ways are the new ways.
Considering the potential risk of body fluid exposure during an execution, I suggest we simply cremate him while he is still alive, so there will only be ashes when the execution is over. However, to save on energy costs and pollution, recommend we slowly dehydrate him using solar energy (less popping and spattering) at normal setting, then using a large parabolic mirror fry him till completely dusted.
Alternatively, since there may not be Sun available this time of year, we could feed him to the sharks, but I wouldn't want Jaws to get indigestion or have PETA claiming mistreatment of marine carnivores.

Left-wing sites have wishes for death for people they disagree with (remember when Laura Ingrahm got cancer?). Right-wing ones have wishes for death for murderers.

I am sure he only came here to do a job that no other American wanted. And he is a "good man" (or good boy, I am sure his mother will say) who just wanted to provide for his family.
This story kinda makes the open-borders crowds' assertions about illegal aliens - the ones designed to guilt us into being more tolerant of illegal aliens and overlooking their status - seem kinda trite.
Be nice if this story went national, but it would ruin all thsoe feel-good stories the media has been running lately in favor of amnesty and guest worker programs to legitimatize the presence of illegals.

Yeah, this is a slam-dunk case for shutting off immigration.
Because everyone knows that native-born Americans never go completely evil/nuts like that.
Although it does stand as a point in favor of some kind of improvement in our law enforcement practices. A properly working deterrent should work even against "those people", whoever they might be (except, of course, for the ones who don't mind dying in the service of evil) and the law abiding among "those people" certainly deserve protection from crime as much as the rest of us.
