Q. What are your thoughts on the future of blogging?

A: Well for the last few day's I've been involved in discussion about quality writing and journalism in the blogosphere here, here, and here. This doesn't apply to most of the blogosphere thought. Maybe AOL Journals will bring the idea to the mainstream, maybe not. I guess my feeling right now is that we haven't got it to the point where you can easily explain what a blog is to someone who has never heard of such a thing.

As to the future of bloggging - More people will be doing it. I think special purpose group blogs will be a growth area.
