Who Says Terrorist Aren't Inventive?

Honestly I thought this was a joke when I first read the headline. I guess it just goes to show that once you plan for the likely scenarios you need to alot for the unlikely ones as well.

BOGOTA, Colombia, Sept 10 (Reuters) - At least eight people were killed and 15 were injured when a horse loaded with explosives blew up in a crowded village market in Colombia on Wednesday in an attack the army blamed on leftist rebels.

The blast, blamed on the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia, or FARC, took place in the village of Chita, some 160 miles (250 km) northeast of the capital Bogota.

The military arrested a woman they suspect let the horse loose in the market, which was crowded with peasant families, including many children. The target of the bomb was not clear.
