KATC - A man accused of sneaking into the apartments of Louisiana State University students to snuggle, fold their clothes and watch them sleep is expected to surrender to authorities, police say.Baton Rouge police and the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office have issued arrest warrants accusing Danos of entering 12 apartments of young women in the LSU area on the morning of Sept. 21.
