I was all set to write this about Wesley Clark, but James saved me the time.
At least when Howard Dean was trying to score points with the tin foil hatters (his recitation of a Bush new of 9/11 in advance rumor) he had the good sense to qualify his pandering with, "I don't believe it."
Clark has yet to utter those words...
