Why Interns Rule

Some have wondered what's the big deal about interns, especially congressional interns?

Government jobs suck the life out of you. Fresh faced interns remind DC of why they came to our nations seat of power. Of course Washington beats down their youth and idealism pretty quick.

As Daniel Drezner points out David Plotz at Slate captures the nuances of what interns really mean to Washington.
