CHICAGO (AP) - Election officials say they're investigating two people for as many as 2,000 fraudulent voter registrations in Chicago. Most of the fraudulent registrations are from the city's 26th Ward.

Chicago Board of Election Commissioners chairman Langdon Neal said the two gathered registrations on behalf of the Puerto Rico Federal Affairs Administration -- a Washington, D.C.-based affiliate of the Puerto Rican government.

Neal said the organization isn't to blame. He said the fraud appears to be the work of "rogues." The 26th Ward is on the city's northwest side. It has about 24,000 registered voters.
