If anyone can explain this and make sense out of it, please, I'd love to hear it. We did NOT start this war.
Now, you want to make the case that Iraq is different than the war on terror? In that case, I offer the reminder that we were in a cease fire based on the assumption that Iraq would do certain things. They refused to do those things. Game on!
