American businesses faced the biggest annual jump in wholesale prices in 27 years last month, just as the stumbling economy caused consumer spending to drop.

Note that in the furor over McCain's absence from the supposed "cone of silence" at the Saddleback forum last Saturday night, the McCain campaign is repeatedly stating that McCain did not hear any of the proceedings... but they aren't saying he wasn't coached or fed the questions by someone who did hear the broadcast, are they...?

During Saturday night's forum in Saddleback, Senator John McCain was asked what income level constituted "rich" - and he answered $5 million or more. Other millionaires ($2 million... $3 million,... $4 million...) aren't rich, in McCain's view, and shouldn't be taxed as if they were... It makes you wonder just how out of touch John McCain is with most of Americans. So does this video...

- The irony is the MSM....even Fox is running on and on with the weapons thing and so far behind the curve... One thing after this election is at least during the the actual cycle the MSM is going to have to start working 24/7 if they want to hope to keep up with the blogosphere....

I agree with Hunter, and that is that the media black out to this issue is huge. Noticably disturbing. Or, perhaps, noticably intentional. Both are equally terrible.
Kerry was comingling with and advised by communists, admired them, "met" with them secretly or not, and even while still enlisted in the U.S. military (treason, right there, but he preposterously ends up in the Senate for close to thirty years and now thinks he should be President)...
I don't see any reason to think that Kerry is any different today than he was in his earlier years. I've always thought of him as a communist and I now take a different look at this Senate companions and supporters.
