Arthur Chrenkoff, who recently celebrated the first anniversary of his blog, has a new edition of his good news from Afghanistan. Given how little information is reported on the forgotten front on the war on terror, perhaps he should rename the piece to just "news from Afghanistan." As always it's an enlightening read.

He has been the best source of news on the War on Terror for almost 3 years. He is the only on that consistently said the "quagmire" claim of the DNC/MSM was a big lie for 18 months. Only Teddy and JFK have repeated "quagmire" since the elections; both on super progressive Tim R' show.

Our troops are being killed to protect Unocal's pipeline, the heroin crop is the biggest in years, Bin Laden is still at large, and al Qaeda recruitment is way up while US Amry Reserves recruitment is down.
This is your idea of GOOD news?
I'd hate to see what you think BAD news looks like...
