Wizbang news flash: Bush to nominate Miers to Supreme Court

Several sources are reporting that President Bush will nominate White House Counsel Harriet Miers to the Supreme Court. Miers, 60, has never served as a judge. Bush is expected to make the nomination official around 8:00 a.m. EST Monday.
