Re: The real Scooter. Let's try and remember that an indictment only means there is probable cause for a trial, it does not mean Libby is guilty. He hasn't even had a chance to defend himself yet, so he should be presumed innocent until proven guilty. And we don't even know for certainty that anyone is even being indicted yet; it's all rumor at this point as it has been for 2 years.
It'll be a relief to finally have the friggin' facts...at least those that Fitz chooses to release.

Ironically, it looks like Libby will be indicted for lying about telling the truth to reporters.
Assuming Joe Wilson testified to the grand jury, he must have told the truth about lying to America.
