That reeks highly of a Firefly episode (Our Mrs. Reynolds) where Mal finds himself married to a (supposedly) naive, (supposedly) subservient young woman who turns out to be a con artist who wears knock-em-out lipstick.

Also sounds like a CSI episode where the hooker put knock-out drops on her nipples. She absorbed some through the skin, but her client was not as lucky.
