"They're trying to fool you. They're trying to scare you and they're not telling the truth," a fired-up Obama declared while campaigning in South Dakota. "But it's not going to work. Both Bush and McCain represent the failed foreign policy and fear mongering of the past," Obama said. "I believe the American people are ready to reject this approach and to choose the future."

Free speech only applies to statements that are politically correct, bash anything conservative, or advance the moonbat agenda.
I'm going home to burn a rainbow flag in protest.

Whatever. We can't spin this any worse than it happened. Judge Alito is a man of integrity and faced lies and condemnation. Of course his wife is upset, and no, it shouldn't come with the territory. Confirm him today, however, and it will be worth it.

Seems to me that what Sen. Kennedy did was more offensive than what Rep. Rick Lazio did to Hillary Clinton during their debates.
When Rep. Lazio pulled a piece of paper from his jacket, and step across the stage towards Mrs. Clinton, didn't people call that agressive and threatening?

Matthews is a hopeless liberal and Bush-basher but, to the fever swamp dwellers, he's not liberal ENOUGH. So the leftist ideological police are after him. This is just a symptom of the Democratic Party crackup.

Ray, as was Chris Matthews, is being very coy to suggest there is no difference in "please don't disturb my child" from "the very grave 'don't molest my child"...or perhaps if there is still no difference in import we could change all hotel room signs across the country to the more emphatic 'Please don't molest me'
