Have you seen the Hillary for president - er, I mean - for Senate video? It pushes way too hard for it to be focused only on her reelection to the Senate. She's got that wrapped up.
This video was made for a much wider audience: the American voting public.
Watch it and see if you agree.
Additional thoughts: This video has a look, feel, and tone that is very much like the video that would be shown at a presidential nominating convention. It's got everything: the interviews with the important people, the stories from the everyday New Yorkers who tell of all the wonderful things Hillary has done for them, all with the inspirational music in the background that tries to make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

I wonder if her wearing pearls was a tribute to all of the "pearl necklaces" bubba handed out over the years.

I could only stomach 10% of it. She could make a good one term war time president if the trunks return to their roots and keep the legislature.

"She won this election the old fashioned way..."
What's that... By being related to someone else already in government?
Long-winded, boring, misleading, obvious. Just like Bubba. (Waffle-flip-flop-waffle-flip-flop...)
As a resident NOT of New York, I suppose I shouldn't give it a second thought.
But I agree that it's a commercial for a presidential run.
Why would New Yorkers vote to put a person in the senate, who has obvious intentions of bailing out and running for president rather than faithfully serving as a senator?

New York Democrats are truly a breed apart. Hillary's possible run for the presidency will boost her likelihood of relection in New York. NYDs will want to keep her propped up and viable. Watch for landslide numbers in her favor.
Also - I have serious doubts she'll succeed at getting the nomination, but she will run -- perhaps as a lightning rod - and as you can see from the sputum Hillary generates from the right-wing blogosphere, she is very effective at bringing to light the "finer qualities" of the conservative side of our country. I wonder how many death threats she'll receive...

Less than 1 for every 100 times the liberal side would call Sec. Rice an Aunt Jemima or house negro, I am sure.

Does America really want Bubba back soiling the White House? At least they could bring back all the furniture they stole. Bubba never got 50% of the vote and I doubt Hillary could get 40%. But the opposition is likely to splinter three ways giving them another free ride. As for the video: 15 seconds is more than enough.
