I imagine it's the sort of fast that involves eating. Maybe a dawn to dusk one like Moslems do? Who knows. Maybe just suppers? That would make sense with the "last supper" phrase.
Of course it's an attention getting ploy.
Religious sorts generally fast for their own spiritual growth, to practice self-denial and to pray.

While not surprising that the Cashew is doing this, it is a surprise that Moore isn't participating. Cheeseburgers, apparently are more important than a lame cause.
I think that the most support for Cindy will come for those hoping to see her shrivel away (her mental state would suggest accelerated stages).
Last I heard about the whole headstone gig was that Cindy left it alone; much like she did when she gave up Casey after her first marriage. Nice work, really classy.
