She bought five acres to be exact and with her deceased son's insurance money:
War protester Cindy Sheehan has purchased a 5-acre plot in Crawford with some of the insurance money she received after her son was killed in Iraq.
The group she helps lead, Gold Star Families for Peace, says on its Web site that it will return next month to protest the war in Iraq in the small town near Waco where President Bush has a ranch. Like last year, Sheehan, whose son Casey was killed in Iraq in 2004, will again demand to meet with the president."We decided to buy property in Crawford to use until George's resignation or impeachment, which we all hope is soon for the sake of the world," Sheehan said in a newsletter set to be sent to supporters Thursday. "I can't think of a better way to use Casey's insurance money than for peace, and I am sure that Casey approves."
Her anti-war gathering in Crawford is scheduled for Aug. 16 through Sept. 2. But Bush is scheduled to be at his ranch mainly during the first two weeks of August.
Sheehan, from California, reinvigorated the anti-war movement last summer with her peace vigil, which started in ditches off the road to Bush's ranch. As it grew, the group also set up its protests on a private, 1-acre lot closer to the ranch.
Cindy Sheehan is milking the tragedy that has befallen her for everything she can. To sort of quote Ann Coulter, I have never seen a mother take advantage of her son's death so much.
Allah reports that Cindy bought the 5 acre plot after having a falling out with the Crawford land owner who allowed her group to protest on his land.

Someone please tell Mama Moonbat that she has about as much intelligence as a gnat. And not much better looking either. And to just give it up. If she wants to do something to honor Casey's memory, for her to strap bombs to her chest and go have a meeting with Osama and the head of Hezbollah.

Sheehan thinks that her son Casey approves of what she is doing?
Even your garden-variety moonbat will admit that Casey was the polar opposite of his mother.
Clearly, the hat that Cindy is wearing isn't made out of tin foil; it's made out of lead, which explains why no amount of reason or logic can penetrate her skull. (Thus, you could call Cindy Sheehan a Lead-Head.)

Obviously you don't understand the tipping point (not turning point) reference. I'm referring to the crossing from positive to negative public opinion against Bush and the war that occurred with the July 2005 launch of her "campaign". The graphic was the simplest way to explain it. Did you even look? I have no opinion on Sheehan's effectiveness or "message" - I paid no attention to what she said, but I do note the effect she's had on the approval ratings.
"Lee, you're delusional."

"She makes you look entirely sane, Lee."
Whiplashing Ad hominems aside... do you disagee that Sheehan has contributed to the Iraq War/Bush presidency public opinion approval shift which happened in July 2005, or are you just a troll, Synova?

So, another site claiming to be "cool" and "conservative" sees dissent as "unAmerican" and
assails those who put their lives and their resources on the line creatively to do dissent as "crazies"?
I'm listening to Charles Goyette on a "conservative" station in Phoenix, KFNX, as I write this....maybe "conservatives" should listen to these "conservatives" to find out what's really going on.
Or, maybe, it wouldn't matter? No information can
displace warmongering prejudice.
At 61, as a Vietnam-era vet, I'm working hard to take my country back from all fascism, but especially the fascism of the "right", which is obviously wrong, even to some of their own leaders.(George Will; William Buckley)
