OMG
This sounds Soooo, Army Reserves, and So Not Teddy Kennedy. Maybe he was channeling Teddy Roosevelt in a drunken stupor or something? Time to call the Exorcist! [or maybe not]

Damn, I hate it when my nemeses do that. I'm forced to ignore the bulk of your post and concentrate solely on the part where you express glee at his not having offered to drive them himself. Now I can continue to be the narrow-minded, bigoted neo-con I'm labeled as.
You were saying?

Hey, you beat me to it! I was going to post this at AV after seeing it at my niece's blog. She was amazed, and she's a lifelong Democrat. Who is heavily involved in Homes for Our Troops!
Kennedy also turned out NOT to be the Senator behind that silly secret hold on the transparency bill. And you know, to his credit, I am not surprised, because if he wanted to stop it he'd have just come out and said he had a problem with it rather than skulking. Skulking is for when you've just gone for an impromptu drunken swim.

I'll bet some staffer did this in his name in an attempt to cancel out all of the windbag's traitorous speeches where he derided the military and emboldened our enemies. I give that fat old jackass no credit whatsoever.

Its not often that Teddy does something along these lines so I'm not going to take to many cheap shots beyond saying "I am also glad he didn't offer to drive them himself."

Listen folks, its just the height of stupidity to engage in state to state competition. ie, we are better than you, since we live this side of the imaginary line. I mean GET REAL! People move across borders ALL THE TIME. So Ted Kennedy did something good, get over it. If he was from NH you'd be kissing his butt. Brain power does not reside strictly on one side of the border than the other anymore than it resides in one political party over the other. This is just childish. And you know it. I am a registered independent so I can choose the best people where ever they may be found. I despise group thinking, and no imaginary borderline or political membership can ever take the place of brilliance. I'm not sticking up for Kennedy, I'm just appauled at the never ending stupidy.
