The Jawa Report has started a DhimmiTube pushback that I'm happy to join. He's asking bloggers post two of the banned DhimmiTube videos that Dr. Rusty Shackleford and Charles Johnson created to flood the internet with images the jihadis are trying to ban:
Hopefully, YouTube will get wise to the jihadis' gaming of their system eventually, but I'm not holding my breath. Until YouTube fixes their system, the only way to fight the jihadis' tactic is for more anti-jihadis to get active on YouTube and:
1. Post anti-jihadi videos by the truckload2. Flag the jihadis' illegal pro-terrorist propaganda for exactly what it is
To get things started, I've uploaded our own "All Your Fakes" and "Rocket Ride" videos to a storage site for download by anyone who wants a copy (see links below). Any of you who have YouTube, Google video or other video hosting accounts are welcome (and encouraged) to download these videos and upload them to your own accounts.
What better justice than for the jihadis to learn that their successful attack on ONE copy of "Rocket Ride" just spawned TEN MORE copies?
So, here ya go. Enjoy and fling them throughout the blogosphere.

I doubt there is much a coincidence that those videos went away just prior to the Google purchase.
But flooding might be a bad thing. Flooding will dispurse the traffic deceptive deminishing the advertising appeal of any one video.
There are alternatives to YouTube. One or two that aren't dhimmis should be singled out and become the video host of choice.

jpm100,
Yes there are alternatives.
However, you cannot allow Dhimmi behavior, such as this, to go unchallenged.

The difference between the two first posts shows eloquently the difference between submissive tolerance and assertive authority. Which do you want defending your life?

Another question. Which behavior, practiced against real terrorists, is more likely to result in a suitcase nuke being detonated in downtown Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Atlanta, Miami, Detroit, Philadelphia, Boston, San Francisco, Denver, St. Louis, Cleveland, and Seattle simultaneously?
This party, and these kind of tactics from the emotionally-impaired right, have gone on long enough. It's time for a change.

Appearantly, epador, you don't have a clue about me or the point I was making either.
The suggested approach accomplishes increased traffic to YouTube. Both by contributers and viewers. Each view is ad revenue for YouTube. And the plan to punish them is to increase their traffic?!?
Yes, some poor slob will have to work weekends and evenings finding and deleting new postings. Meanwhile anyone who is posting new and unique material will be easily targetted and removed.
And spamming it everywhere will have the effect of making the traffic less on alternate sites. So when when its their turn to weigh the financial factor to ban anti-Jihadi videos under pressure themselves, they'll look at the traffic and say its not a great loss.
Sorry if my plan to hurt them in the pocketbook by decreasing their ad revenue and increasing the viability and visibility of one or two competators of theirs doesn't seem aggressive enough for you.
Carry on with your plan to increase YouTube's traffic. Meanwhile cross you fingers they don't take the three seconds necessary to code their site to recognize renamed copied files and autoban them.

So Lee, what change are you advocating? The bend-over,-grab-your-ankles-and-smile-while-you take-it-between-the-cheeks position favored by the Defeato-crats? In case you don't remember, it doesn't matter what the West does, the terrorists will still hate us and want to kill us. So, if you want to be beheaded by a terrorist, I'll bet you can find someone to help you out in Iraq and/or Afghanistan. As for me, I'll take the current policy of killing terrorists before they have a chance to kill me.

One thing is sure: If we don't kill them now, a suitcase nuke is more likely to be set off in any of the aforementioned cities, seperately or simultaneously. Dead terrorists set off no more bombs. And, I don't get how doing things they don't like makes any of their vile acts more likely. Or, Lee, do you think that if we just stopped offending them they wouldn't want to kill us anymore? It would just make it easier for them.

jpm100,
I think now, after reading your second comment, I may have misunderstood your first post.
I see what your saying about YouTube's traffic.
However, I still disagree somewhat with your point. It is not a zero sum game trafficwise. The other sites who are not jihadi friendly will certainly see an increase in traffice from this campaign.
I would suggest that anyone participating in this make sure to point out a better place to find the videos posted on YouTube in their post of the video. That way, there is an opportunity to direct people away from YouTube at the same time you are flooding them with anti-jihadi videos. Just a thought.
