Guatemala Still Leads Venezuela for UNSC Seat

It's Guatemala's 108 to Venezuela's 76 after 16 rounds but it appears to be a deadlock. Now there's talk of Chile being a compromise candidate.

I would vote for Kofi Anan were he a choice rather than Mr. Diablo's Venezuela.

Kofi does act like his own country sometimes. A moderate dictatorship, I guess.
