Michelle Malkin has the story:
BAGHDAD - The judge presiding over the trial of Saddam Hussein and seven others on charges of crimes against humanity ejected former U.S. attorney general Ramsey Clark from the court on Sunday for insulting the tribunal.
Clark, who heads an international team of lawyers involved in the defence, was ejected at the start of a hearing at which Saddam and two aides were convicted and sentenced to death. The judge, Raouf Abdul Rahman, ejected Clark because he had sent a memo to Abdul Rahman including the accusation that the tribunal was making 'a mockery of justice'.
The judge told him in Arabic: 'No, you are the mockery ... get him out, out.'
Abdul Rahman then shouted in English: 'Out! Out!'
'You come from America and ridicule the Iraqi people,' he said.
Jim Hoft at Gateway Pundit reports that Iraqis watching the proceedings on television cheered when Clark was ejected from the courtroom. Ramsey Clark puts on the front that he's a protector of human rights, but the Iraqis see right through the facade and know exactly who he is: a terrorist sympathizer.

Clark has always been an idiot. Perfect match for the democratic party.
Win lose of draw it's going to be a fun two years watching the democrats eat crow after the NYT's outed their lies about Saddam's WMD. Kind of like we support the homosexual community until we see a need to destroy a few of you, then it's your a**. By 08 they will have exactly 0 credibility with the American public.

they were probably cheering because an Iraqi actually had a say in telling an American to leave. Hell, maybe this is a good example of what might unify the country (wink wink).

"SADDAM'S LEGAL DREAM TEAM
By Michelle Malkin · December 21, 2004 05:15 PM
Arthur Chrenkoff has the goods on Saddam Hussein's international cabal of lawyers. Among those helping with Hussein's defense are a GEORGE SOROS-funded American attorney who also represents Guantanamo Bay detainees and a former lawyer for terrorist Carlos the Jackal and Nazi war criminal Klaus Barbie."
It's no wonder the JACK-ASS symbolizes the Dems.

I can't help but wonder, if a democrat were in the White House just how quickly Clark would be ready to try to embarase the administration. Yeh, I know, if a democrat were in the White House we wouldn't have Sadam and be stuck in Iraq. Instead we would have a monthly embassy bombing, train bombing, ship bombing, building coming down, etc., etc., etc.
