Rusty Shackleford has the following at The Jawa Report:
A wing of the JAMI insurgent group (Jabha Al-Islamiyya l'il-Muqawama Al-'Iraqiyya) released a video yesterday showing the assembly and launching of "4 missiles loaded with chemical weapons" against U.S. positions in Samara, Iraq.If chemical weapons were used against U.S. troops I am sure they didn't come from Syria or anywhere like that. If they came from Saddam's weapons cache I am sure that he would have kept them safe, under lock and key, away from terrorists if he had only been left in office. At least that is the story I will expect to hear if this story turns out to be true.

This is a total fake. The video is pirated from the secret Israeli missile factory used to build ambulance piercing munitions.

"Launching against US troops"? The video didn't show any such thing.

And they would have shown it if they did. EXAMPLE: Pointing the camera the OTHER WAY!
