Visitors to Presidential candidate John McCain's MySpace page today got an interesting message...

As much as we're sure Senator John McCain is in favor of hot girl-on-girl action, his MySpace page was actually hit by an internet prankster this morning. It turns out that the McCain camp brought this upon themselves. The contact portion of McCain's MySpace page originally looked like this:

That graphic is part of Mike Davidson's popular MySpace template, and the Senator's web team had slapped Davidson's template onto their site without bothering to either credit Davidson or alter the code to control the source of the page graphics. McCain's hotlinking of images from Davidson's server is what allowed the Newsvine founder to inject the tweaking graphic into McCain's MySpace page.
Shorter version...

And speaking of McCain's MySpace page... What the hell is the guy below (BOB2333) doing near the top of McCain's friends list?

That's just a little weird...

Fortunately someone got their act together and cleaned up the page. Somehow many of the comments aren't exactly what one would consider campaign material...

Hey, I don't care who McCain chooses as friends.
It would be nice if he hired internet guys smart enough not to pirate content, though.
Makes you wonder what the Cabinet might look like . . .
