Two guilty pleas were entered this week in connection with the federal government's ongoing prosecution of sleazebag plaintiff's securities class action law firm, Milberg Weiss.
One of the pleas was made by a former partner in that firm. He's been flipped and now will testify for the prosecution.
Good.
I've long maintained one of the most effective ways to choke off vexatious anti-business lawsuits is to round up and incarcerate plaintiff's lawyers for their various crimes.
It's good to see we've finally got a Justice Department with the cojones to do just that.
Bravo.
