Fugitive fundraiser nabbed in Colorado

Norman Hsu, the Democratic fundraiser who jumped $2 million bail in California, has been arrested in Colorado, report Jaxon Van Derbeken and John Coté for the San Francisco Chronicle:

Fugitive political fundraiser Norman Hsu, who skipped out on San Mateo County authorities this week rather than face sentencing in a fraud scheme, was apprehended tonight by federal and local lawmen in Grand Junction, Colo.

Authorities said Hsu was taken into custody at St. Mary's Hospital in Grand Junction at 7 p.m. local time. He had been on the lam for almost two days after failing to appear in a Redwood City courtroom Wednesday to surrender his passport.

Hsu's attorney told state prosecutors that he had been on a charter flight that arrived at Oakland International Airport at about 5:30 a.m. Wednesday and then dropped out of sight, said Gareth Lacy, a spokesman for the state Attorney General's office.

Read the rest at the link above. Hsu was apparently going Amtrak, and got sick on the train, reports the Grand Junction Sentinel:

Hsu was traveling on an Amtrak train when he became ill. Grand Junction paramedics were summoned to the Amtrak station near downtown about 11 a.m. Thursday to treat a patient, Battalion Chief Robert Ferguson said.

The patient, whom Ferguson said he found out eight hours later was a fugitive, was not in great pain, Ferguson said.

"There was no extrication needed," Ferguson said. "He walked out of the train on his own."

He is currently in federal custody at St. Mary's and is listed in fair condition, said St. Mary's nursing supervisor Pete Smarr.

Oops. Now the questions of who supplied the money he donated might actually get answered.

Pardon ? Excuse me ? Parle vou MSM ?

Come on now Mr. Addison, we ALL know that 90% of the media that most people consume ia a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Khmer Clinton. She could walk up to W and literally stab him in the back, live on tv, and the MSM would laud her for a masterful "self defence" technique that will inspire helpless women the world over.

Nope. She's "the one". If they have to murder a real life, present day Howard Beale themselves, they will do it if it means her ascension to the presidency.

God help anyone who gets in the way of The Hil-churian Candidate.

The Larry Craig ordeal didn't last long enough. I suspect there will be some other Republican gossip to hit the airwaves to provide some cover.

I thought I heard that another address like the one in San Francisco has turned up as being a big Hillary donor. No wonder she's been able to raise so much money.

Could there be a Soros connection?

Anyone with half a brain could answer the question where the money comes from. It comes from Red China. The Commies in China would like nothing more than to get their hands on American military technology. Where do you think that they got the missile guidance tech? They sure didn t steal it the old fashion way, like the Soviets did. They just got a small sample of the stuff that we have when Slick Willie was the prez and with the Hillbillies back in the White House, it will be carte blanche.
