Today I've updated the comment policy to make clear that everyone commenting here is a guest, and that privilege to do so can be revoked at any time and for any reason. Here's the relevant stuff from the TOS:
Your participation - whether you agree or disagree with us - is welcomed and valued. We do not censor comments based on political or ideological point of view. We expect and encourage heated, robust debate, but comments should be civil and free of threats and otherwise in accordance with section 7 (MEMBER CONDUCT) of the Terms of Service at all times. The ability to leave comments and submit trackbacks is a privilege granted by the site owner. Those privileges may be suspended or revoked at any time and for any reason at the sole discretion of the owner and/or their agents.
The number of people we've banned is very low - probably in single digits. We've never banned anyone for ideology. We've always banned people for behavior, not ideas.
The major change is that commenters who seem determined to do whatever it takes to push the limits of our lenient policies will now be shown the door much faster. None of us at Wizbang are particularly interested in banning commenters, but going forward we'll spend a lot less time giving second, third, and fourth chances and just get on with ridding the community of those abusing the commenting privilege.

Good riddance.
And the over and under bet is... 2 days.
2 days before Freedomfries and BarneyG2000 get the axe.
Will it be over two days or under 2 days.

Question for clarification:
Does this policy ONLY apply to the Wizbang main page or is it also applicable to the subsidiary pages (WizbangPolitics, Wizbang Sports, etc.)?

Does this mean I shouldn't post over at Wizbangblue anymore?
Anything I write over there that Lee Ward finds objectionable gets deleted. Not that it violates the Wizbang rules just Lee Ward's personal rules.
I'd hate to be banned from Wizbang as a whole kuz of that guy.
