Rush Limbaugh Challenge Update II

Well, Rush's auction is going very well. The bidding has now reached $116,300. Are Harry Reid and the other 40 Democrats who signed the smear letter going to step up to the plate and accept Rush's challenge or will they wimp out? I'm betting that they'll take the cowardly way out and ignore the whole thing.

$117,100.00 with 36 hours to go. There have been 137 bids so far. I wounder if this might set some kind of record the way it's going. Isn't life grand. Rush eats them alive and spits them out.

Donate to the Marine Corps Law Enforcement Foundation. If not, pressure your senator that signed this shameful letter to match Rush's contribution.

And yes, Limbaugh is matching the winner of the auction.
As should every senator that signed this letter.

Or lobby for his Senator to pony up. Heck, for a mere 5 grand per Senator - and they all have big war chests - and they'd have +200K to plunk down on eBay. Maybe they'd have a little problem getting pre-approved with their Hsu links, however...

It'll probably be won by some leftist who has no intention of paying for it and thinks he is walking away with coup against Limbaugh.

After all, one can bid whatever he wishes and the worse he'll get for not paying is a mark against that user name (which could be a sock puppet).

Granted, I don't know what Rush's requirements are to get on the bidding list ...

Rush has pledged to match the auction proceeds. If I were a rich leftist with money to burn like George Soros, I would bid the letter to some outrageous heights, like say 20 or 30 million, just to rub Rush's nose in it. Just a thought. I doubt it will happen.

Epador, Can we some how mix "pseudo intellectual verbiage" in with marinade that has been prepared for the fine northwestern CROW being prepared for our "nameless" friend?

Now let's check back into the wonderful archives of Wizbang to recall these events:
Plus, guess what? None of this shit matters anyway. It's a fantasy if you think "millions of people will learn" about Jesse Macbeth, or that anyone will care about this in two weeks, much less regret it.

As a matter of fact, millions will hear about this for weeks and months to come. The (nameless one) Jesse Macbeths of this nation are being exposed daily for there hate of the military.

And, thanks to sites like Wizbang, no (Nameless one), this will not go away like you would wish it to be. O'rielly and Limbaugh have declared war on fornicating fabricators of the left who cowardlessly propagate vicious lies to promote an agenda that scum like Media Matters and Movement.Org (Hillary's lapdogs) that denegrate what was once and honored party.

Come back here in two weeks and link to a major news source that is still talking about it.

So, now, my "nameless friend", it's been over two weeks and well, I haven't visited the MSM yet, but the folks at Fox & Friends just ran this story along with the new auction total.

The point is this "blunder" by the left is still being talked about "TWO WEEKS LATER" and when the auction ends tommorrow, we may hear more.

In the interest of regaining your credibility (which I'm sure you cherish) and if Paul has not banned you, I will prepare your CROW with the delicate dignity you have earned----because this topic is still alive "TWO WEEKS LATER"

Somebody called in to Rush yesterday making this exact point, and the caller was afraid (the figure he used for an example was the same, "20 or 30 million") that Rush would be unable to match it.

Rush's reply was, "no problem."

Not being a lawyer I think that reneging on a legally binding contract opens up the purchaser to a lawsuit to reclaim any losses.

The only one's having anything rubbed in their faces are the signers of the document and the libtards that support their actions.
