So, now, my "nameless friend", it's been over two weeks and well, I haven't visited the MSM yet, but the folks at Fox & Friends just ran this story along with the new auction total.

The point is this "blunder" by the left is still being talked about "TWO WEEKS LATER" and when the auction ends tommorrow, we may hear more.

Somebody called in to Rush yesterday making this exact point, and the caller was afraid (the figure he used for an example was the same, "20 or 30 million") that Rush would be unable to match it.

Rush's reply was, "no problem."

Not being a lawyer I think that reneging on a legally binding contract opens up the purchaser to a lawsuit to reclaim any losses.
