Well, now the full criminal record of Leeland Eisenberg, the nutcase who took over Hillary Clinton's Rochester, NH office last Friday, is out -- and it turns out that those who thought the worse of him were, if anything, being kind.
Eisenberg had a string of lesser convictions before he finally went to prison in 1985 for rape. But old habits are hard to break; a year later, he broke out of prison and committed a second rape. He was released from prison in 2005, when he moved to New Hampshire. He was arrested for failing to register as a sex offender, and currently faces charges of stalking as well.
For the fake bomb scare, he's being held on $500,000 bail. I still think that's too lenient.
Earlier, I said I was glad the incident had ended with no one being injured. Now I find myself wondering if a trigger-happy police sniper might have done the world a favor.
But then the sniper would have to live with the knowledge that he killed an unarmed man with a fake bomb, and that's not fair.
The Boston Herald has the best rundown of Eisenberg's lengthy criminal career, but the Union Leader and the Boston Globe also have some good information.

The sniper would have to live with the fact that He killed a rapist, and that would be worthy of a big bonus.

My very first thought when this story was breaking live was I sure hope this isn't a right wing nut job. Oh the fun the lefties would have had with that.
So obviously it was a relief to hear it was one of her constitutes.
Well, he wasn't actually a voting constituent since he was a convicted felon. But if Hillary had her way she would have restored his voting privileges since he actually did say that is what she wanted to do.
Somebody had to say this, it may as well be me.

A rapist? Maybe he went into the campaign office to see if Bill could offer him any tips on how to do it, and not get caught/convicted.

Don't you see, Now for the next eight years Hillary and her Thought Police can label anyone who disagrees with her as "having a history of mental illness. It doesn't have anything to do with partisanship. They're just crazy -- like the hostage taker in New Hampshire."
It's gonna be a long eight years.

I still would have kicked his ass if he pulled that hostage crap at any business I've run over the years, and shoved him out the door. Guys claiming to have a bomb almost never do. That fake bomb crap wou;dn't scare me. I'd grab him like the sack of human garbage he is and shove him out the door and go back to work. I've done that many times before. And if he'd walk back in, which they never do, then I'd get real serious with him. But one good shove out the door always worked fine for any losers that I've had to deal with over the years. It works like real magic for mental case trouble-maker losers.

Its time to reconsider the closing of our state and county funny farms. Involuntary commitment accompanied by due process is preferable to waiting for these poor nuts to commit a crime AND land in front of a judge that will get them off the streets.
