Willard Milton Romney should definitely have his "first name" in quotes!

"Vote for not more than one... (Below threshold)

"Vote for not more than one"? Could they make that line ANY more confusing?

It should plainly & clearly read
"Vote for one.....dumbass, because if you vote for more than one, say, two, then you're going to ruin your vote and we have to call in folks to try to determine what you intent was. Better yet, vote for three and then write your name and phone number at the top so we can call you and find out what you really wanted to do, ya know, after the fact and all."

I am just wondering. Why does is seem that most of the bloggers on the right like and understand Fred? I do hope that the reason is not that the bloggers are smarter than the general voter.

"Seriously is there really someone named "Vermin Supreme"?"

I like "Cornelius Edward O'Connor" too. Name sounds like a big city mayor with ties to the Mafia or something.

Here in Oklahoma, we have a perennial kooky candidate named Elmer Zen Million, or "EZ Million" for short.

No, Chip, that would be silly. Vermin Supreme is not the name of a candidate.

It is the title of the New Hampshire Republican Presidential Primary Ballot.

How old is that duck?
Was that duck born in the US or did it become a naturalized citizen?

The comment in question was from someone I banned a while ago, but I'd missed one of his IPs. As such, I should have just unpublished it, but chose to disemvowel it instead.

Oh, well, live and learn. That IP is history now.

That looks like a bird dropping next to Fred's name. By the time my state gets around to voting there'll be lots fewer targets to score a bull's eye on.

You also have to love how the top of the ballot reads:

"Vote for not more than one"

Wow. A fine of example of what happens when sentences are formed by committee. There's noting grammatically incorrect about it, but couldn't it have been better stated as:

"Vote for one only"

Sheesh! lol

Why are Huckabee's and Paul's first names in quotation marks, but Romney's isn't?

"Mike" and "Ron" are not their legal names. "Mitt", though a middle name, is his legal name.

couldn't it have been better stated as:
"Vote for one only"

I'd guess someone was worried about that being interpreted as a prohibition on skipping that section. "No more than one" includes zero.
