Well, everyone seems to be talking about the new taser with the built-in MP3 player. One reporter asked the company's rep what sort of music one would load on to it. The guy suggested "Can't Touch This."
That got me thinking. There have to be better songs to load on to your taser. Here are a few that came to mind immediately:
"Don't Stand So Close To Me," The Police
"State Of Shock," Rolling Stones
"Shock The Monkey," Peter Gabriel
"She Blinded Me With Science," Thomas Dolby
"Electric Blue," Icehouse
"Electric Avenue," Eddie Grant
What songs would YOU put on your taser/MP3 player?
And is anyone else nervous about what item will be the next to include an integrated MP3 player?

I recall Neil Young did a song with a group called "Shocking Pink." So anything they did should be there.
Heck, a search of the iTunes store for "shock" produced 150 hits. I'll be shutting up now.

Speaking of "buzz," I would guess that "pleasure enhancement" "novelty" products (the kind that D-FW law enforcement arrests you for selling) might include MP3 players in the near future.
I'll leave it to other commenters to make song suggestions for those MP3 players ...

Wow, I was just listening to "Debaser" the other day. Odd to realize anyone else has ever heard of that one.
OK, my additional picks. How about:
"Blood and Fire" - Indigo Girls
"Burning for You" - Blue Öyster Cult or "Burn for You" - INXS
"Caught in the Crossfire" - John Wetton
"Echo of a Scream" - Rumors of the Big Wave
"Fire Down Below" - Nick Cave
"Fist of Fire" - ABWH
"I'm Down" - The Beatles
"Shock to the System" - Yes
"Surrender" - Cheap Trick
"Hurt" - Nine Inch Nails
"Hurting Kind" - Robert Plant or "Everybody Hurts" - REM
"King of Pain" - The Police (double irony points for that one, I think)
OK, I'll stop now. What? Oh, yes, I do have a rather broad taste in music; why do you ask?
"Electric Hoedown" - Dweezil Zappa
"Loser Gone Wild' - ELO
"Freewheel Burning" or "Breaking the Law" - Judas Priest
"Girl on Fire" - INXS
"Light it on Fire" - Cowboy Mouth
