yes, obama has a lot to answer for. because "his" preacher is a vile, incendiary racist. period. most of us actually try to put the past behind us, in an effort to keep improving the dynamic between the races. i've seen it improve in my lifetime. but people like Wright are truly vile. they thrive off of hatred, off of a regurgitation of past ills. they couldn't be less interested in "tolerance" or the like. without hatred, this piece of s**t has no career. if there was a reverse situation, in which a white candidate had substantial interaction with a white preacher that spewed hatred of other races and of america, there would be an absolute UPROAR in this country. the guy would be done. for some reason (our own misplaced guilt maybe or just plain fear and weakness) we tolerate scum like Wright. we shouldn't, and Obama shouldn't get a pass on this, for any reason of any sort....
