It's 1994. The GOP promised to dismantle social programs, cut taxes and balance the budget. Newt Gingrich massaged the message, and the "Me Generation" bought it hook, line and sinker. This was the new GOP, and they had made...

Huffington says "McCain has this "passion for Iraq". I would venture a guess that 30 million Iraqis appreciate this "passion" for being liberated from tyranny and having the same opportunities of living in a free society where women have advanced beyond the stone age. Neanderthals like Arianna would never consider this to be a noble cause.

This is a woman who married a gay man, whose name she still keeps by the way, who forced him to run for office, and made him have to hide all of his money to keep her from spending it all.
She gives sociopaths with funny accents a bad name.

I don't know where she gets that McCain is some ulta-right wing conservative now all of a sudden, because honey, he's not.
Redefining what is Right so anything to the Right of that is Ultra-Rightwing extremism.
This is why I cringe when some get into cheer leading mode or get defensive and call barely right-leaning politicians as 'just perfect' and affirm those redefinitions.

If they stay in Iraq, the dollar weakens, the cost of oil goes up. How courageous the citizens to sacrifice their lifestyle so that a distant culture can be free. Americans should be praised for upholding the concept of freedom around the world.

Fortunately I have difficulty imagining anything that means less to me than some lefties opinion.
