Government's role regulating free speech needs to be as limited as possible. The freedom allowed under the 1st Amendment isn't always attractive, yet to limit free expression is always the worst possible option.

Why not take him up to ground zero, block off the ramp out of there, and let the local cops know there are hot donuts and coffee at Krispy Kreme.
That'd be justice!

I'm thinking it would be appropriate to get a tall crane. Maybe 20 stories or so.
Take it to Ground Zero. Get Khalid Sheikh Mohammed on it. Tell him there's insufficient evidence to prosecute him for the destruction caused on 9/11.
Then tell him you're letting him go on the 20th floor of the World Trade Center. And shove him off the platform.
As he starts to plummet - shout "Gee, what happened to the tower!?"
