Today's winner is Theodore Hall. He gets the award for the following.
TAMPA - A Tampa man had his three children with him when he delivered crack cocaine Tuesday afternoon, police say.I think the above article is self explanatory as to why Theodore Hall is today's Knucklehead of the Day.Officers arrested 30-year-old Theodore Hall in the parking lot of a Hooters restaurant at Hillsborough and Lois avenues. Hall was charged with three counts of child neglect and one count each of possession of cocaine, delivery of cocaine and driving with a suspended license.
The children - ages 1, 3 and 4 - were released to their mother, and the Department of Children & Families was notified of the arrest, police say.

Here we have a father wanting to spend quality time with his children, maybe impart some of the skills and trade secrets of his profession to his children as fathers have been doing for hundreds of years and all you can see is the negatives. You know, take your child to work doesn't just have to be one day a year.
But as Mr. Hall will undoubtedly learn, his real problem was in not involving his family more closely in his enterprises. If the 3 year old had been holding the cocaine and the 4 year old enacted the delivery to the point of sale, Mr. Hall would have been only liable for the driving with a suspended license. Because the kids would have been immediately released.

Gotta agree with YAJ, Dad tries to spend quality time with the kids, shows them he has to work hard for his money. Probably uses the occasion to explain supply and demand, quality control, how to measure in grams, advertising, packaging. Most Dad's don't take the time, their kids think money grows on trees.

He was just trying to make the spousal support and child support payments on time. Give him a break. Might as well let the kids see what the courts were putting him through. Big Government on the back of the common man. Where is the outrage from the ACLU?
