Take a look at this photo of Barack Obama meeting with members of ACORN:
It was published in the Cleveland Leader just a couple of days ago along with this article that writes about how the media and other publications have been doing their best to scrub the internet of all things that link Obama to ACORN:
Attempts to hide evidence of Obama's involvement with ACORN have included wiping the web clean of potentially damaging articles that had appeared, and were previously publicly accessible. Unfortunately, those behind the attempted cover-up failed to realize that in today's day and age, nothing disappears forever. There also exists another layer of the web, the hidden web, which is full of information included in proprietary scholarly databases where these very same "missing" articles can be easily uncovered.
So this is what the Leader dug up:
Obama's campaign website states:Fact: Barack was never an ACORN trainer and never worked for ACORN in any other capacity.Is that really a FACT, or just another lie? Let's take a look at a quote from a 2004 article - Case Study: Chicago- The Barack Obama Campaign - written by Toni Foulkes, a Chicago ACORN Leader, which was published in the journal Social Policy. Did we mention that Social Policy recently pulled this particular article from their website, while leaving links to all other articles up?
"Obama took the case, known as ACORN vs. Edgar (the name of the Republican governor at the time) and we won. Obama then went on to run a voter registration project with Project VOTE in 1992 that made it possible for Carol Moseley Braun to win the Senate that year. Project VOTE delivered 50,000 newly registered voters in that campaign (ACORN delivered about 5,000 of them).Since then, we have invited Obama to our leadership training sessions to run the session on power every year, and, as a result, many of our newly developing leaders got to know him before he ever ran for office. Thus it was natural for many of us to be active volunteers in his first campaign for STate Senate and then his failed bid for U.S. Congress in 1996. By the time he ran for U.S. Senate, we were old friends."
Not only does Foulkes boast of Obama's ACORN leadership training, but also makes it clear that Obama's post-law school organizing of "Project VOTE" in 1992 was undertaken in direct partnership with ACORN. The tie between Project VOTE and ACORN is also something that Obama and others have attempted to disprove in recent weeks as ACORN has come under fire for allegations of voter registration fraud.
The Leader's article also includes a quote from an LA Times article that also reports Obama was hired as an ACORN trainer. It also says that this information was very easy to get, about 30 minutes or so, which means mainstream media news outlets could have dug up this information as well. But they haven't because they don't want the American people to learn how corrupt Barack Obama is. They are hiding the real Barack Obama from American voters who, in 24 days, will go to the polls. Unfortunately, many of those who will choose to vote for Obama won't know that they will be voting for a thug who engaged in voter fraud to get to where he is.

Nah... the obama-bots, at least the smarter (?) ones, will say obama was a great admirer of Nixon (to show his "non-partisan 'chops'), and this erasure of history was a modern-day sequel and tip-of-the-hat to Nixon's 18 minute tape fiasco.

I need to learn the secret handshake to get into this hidden web. I'm in several relatively deep email conversations with some Obamaniacs who can't see the forest for the trees. But, of course, these are people who actually said that MoveOn is neutral and non-partisan. Methinks my efforts are a waste of time--but it would be nice to find some of those articles that I've seen but can't find again.

Any of you note Obama has changed the wording on his "Fight The Smears" web page? Obama is in a rush to cover his butt. In essence, Obama has admitted his lying to America about ACORN. There are many news reports available on this for readers to independently verify.
Obama is buying this election, actually, Obama is stealing this election through his paying ACORN to engage in voter fraud. My vote for McCain is stolen away by Obama. Hundreds of thousands of Americans have been victimized by Obama stealing away their votes for McCain.
Obama knew, beforehand, ACORN has a very long history of voter fraud, a history of prior convictions, history of current ongoing voter fraud. Nonetheless, Obama hired ACORN to steal votes for him. This is not a good reflection on Obama's character nor his honesty.
Quite laughable all these Obamabots engaging in deep denial of Obama being a crooked politician.
This is certain, McCain has not and never would consider engaging in voter fraud.
Yes, Obama is running the dirtiest campaign of history, perhaps the most criminal campaign of history.

Man, if only that guy "The Media" would disappear, all things would be right in the world.
"The Media", my friends, is a very large group of individuals, business owners, editors, and citizen journalists. Saying "The Media and other publications have been doing their best to scrub the internet of all things that link Obama to ACORN" is idiotic on two fronts:
1. You can't "scrub the internet" of anything. Once it's captured, it's pretty much captured.
2. Assuming you could "scrub the internet", are you telling me that there is some organized conspiracy theory among thousands of people working in "The Media" to do so? That's a bit of a reach, isn't it?
But hey, what do I know. I'm disagreeing with a Wizbang writer, so clearly I don't know anything and a range of people are going to pounce on me and tell me that I should just leave the country since I disagree with you...

The media doesn't scrub the internet, they just focus on what they believe makes the news and sways public opinion. For instance, there is currently a lawsuit filed in Pennsylvania against Obama to produce his birth records and proof he is at least a natural-born citizen and illegible to run for president.
A lot of people don't think this is a really big deal and the left believes that it's just McCain supporters following this. Well, the atty who filed the suit is a life-long democrat. What's even more curious is the fact that the Obama campaign and the dems are filing a motion of protection from releasing the docs until there request to dismiss the case has come through.
Why is there such secrecy around releasing the documents if his birth cert was supposedly uploaded on Obama's site? Why are the dems trying to block release of his birth docs and get the case dismissed? This has never hit the mainstream media because if Obama isn't at least legally a naturalized citizen, then this could mean serious consequences for his career, not to mention is whole life.
