Obama's Sheeple Herders

The following note, allegedly from an Obama campaign worker, appeared at HillBuz a couple days ago.

Ok, I want to clear my conscious a little. Hopefully you could make a blog post to help some fellow clinton supporters out.

I work for a campaign and can't wait for this week to be over.

I was doing it for a job. I was not a fan of any candidate but over time grew to love HRC.

The internal campaign idea is to twist, distort, humiliate and finally dispirit you.

We pay people and organize people to go to all the online sites and "play the part of a clinton or mccain supporter who just switched our support for obama"

We do this to stifle your motivation and to destroy your confidence.

We did this the whole primary and it worked.

Sprinkle in mass vote confusion and it becomes bewildering. Most people lose patience and just give up on their support of a candidate and decide to just block out tv, news, websites, etc.

This surprisingly has had a huge suppressing movement and vote turnout issues.

Next, we infiltrate all the blogs and all the youtube videos and overwhelm the voting, the comments, etc. All to continue this appearance of overwhelming world support.

People makes posts to the effect that the world has "gone mad"

Thats the intention. To make you feel stressed and crazy and feel like the world is ending.

We have also had quite a hand in skewing many many polls, some we couldn't control as much as we would have liked. But many we have spoiled over. Just enough to make real clear politics look scarey to a mccain supporter. Its worked, alough the goal was to appear 13-15 points ahead.

see, the results have been working. People tend to support a winner, go with the flow, become "sheeple"

The polls are roughly 3-5 points in favor of Barack. Thats due to our inflation of the polls and pulling in the sheeple.

Our donors, are the same people who finance the MSM. Their interests are tied, Barack then tends to come across as teflon. Nothing sticks. And trust, there were meetings with Fox news. The goal was to blunt them as much as possible. Watch Bill Oreilly he has become much more diplomatic and "fair and balanced" and soft. Its because he wants to retain the #1 spot on cable news and to do that he has to have access to the Obama campaign and we worked hard at stringing him a long and keeping him soft for an interview swap. It worked and now he is anticipating more access. So he is playing it still soft.

This is why nothing sticks.

The operation is massive, the goal is to paint a picture that is that of a winner, regardless of the results.

There is no true inauguration draft or true grant park construction going on. There will be a party, but we are boasting beyond the truth to make it seem like the election is wrapped up.

Our goal is to continue to make you lose your moral. We worked hard at persuasion and paying off and timing and playing the right political numbers to get key republican endorsements to make it seem even more like it was over and the world was coming to an end for you all.

There is a huge staff of people working around the clock, watching every site, blogs, etc. We flood these sites. We have had a goal to overwhelm.

The truth is here. I could go on and on, but you get the picture.

I am saying this because I know HRC was better for the country, and now realize this. I was too late by the time I connected to her. To me Barack was just a cool young dude that seemed like a star. I didn't know him or his policies, but now I understand more than I care to and I realize his interests are more for him, and the DNC and all working like puppets with dean. I always thought a president wanted the better good for the country. The end result I see is everyone dependent on the government, this means more and more people voting for the DNC. This means the future is forever altered. I don't see this as america, so I am now supporting John Mccain.

Sarah Palin is a huge threat, and our campaign has feared her like you can't imagine. If it seems unfair how she has been treated, well its because she has had a team working round the clock to make her look like a fool.

this is a big conspiracy and I am so shocked that its not realized.

We released a little blurb the other day that the Obama campaign was already working on reelection and now putting our efforts towards 2012. This was to make it seem like it was above us to continue caring about 2008. Trust me, its a lie. David is very smart, but its a sticky ugly not very truthful kind of intelligence.

Its not over yet, but I think the machine is working. And its a hill to climb.

I will be quitting my post on nov 5th and my vote will be for John Mccain. Fortunately, my position has been a marketing position and I don't feel I had any part of anything I would feel guilty for. But I look forward to getting out of this as the negativity and environment upsets me.

I wish you all well, and goodluck.

PS my name is not really sarah. but I am a female and I understand your plight.

Given the fact that Obama is flush with cash I have no problem believing that they're pay people to make him look inevitable. The problem is that those "along for the ride" are in for a rude awakening. For more on that see Fouad Ajami's piece in The Wall Street Journal.

Okay, I saw this one too... and I'm dubious.

Do I think there's false-flag folk out there? Hell, yeah. Go back through some of the posts and you see batches of them flocking in, never more to be seen after they vanish.

Do I think the pools have been jacked around? You bet. They've been stroked more than a sailor passing around $50 bills at a massage parlor.

Do I think there would be a marketing person so devoid of ethical integrity that they'd deliberately paint a flawed product as perfect? Naturally - isn't that what marketing is for? That's VERY believable!

No, the thing I'm dubious about is the last line.

How many women do you know who would describe themselves as 'female' in a letter like this?

I'm just as suspicious of this letter. People have received it in their email boxes, chain-letter-style, and in various comment sections.

I believe there are people deliberately making false comments in blogs. I've seen them, they're too obvious to miss and they claim to have been 'life-long conservatives' who have suddenly 'switched sides'. But these are individual efforts to cause doubt. An organized conspiracy of the size implied here though? Nah. Oh, I don't doubt that there are those who suggest to others to join in such activities, and some will, but I don't think they get enough cooperation to have any measurable impact. People are just too lazy. If they were all getting paid, then by the claims made here, the Obama campaign would be the largest employer in the country.

If there is any real doubt planted in the minds of people, it's done primarily by the media to present a picture of overwhelming support for Obama by the public that isn't quite true.

Most of the bloggers and commentators saw all of this a long time ago. Nothing new. Just wonder about what the possible motive could be. You could go back and forth on that for quite awhile. Kevin:

I originally started reading and posting here because of an email exchange with Lorie that was about political infatuation.

Obama is well aware of what he does and how. He has been doing it for a very long time, according to those he went to Harvard with.

I have posted Page 11 of Audacity numerous times and see no reason to do it again.

Ambiguity has been a powerful weapon of this gifted candidate: He has been different things to different people, and he was under no obligation to tell this coalition of a thousand discontents, and a thousand visions, the details of his political programs: redistribution for the poor, postracial absolution and "modernity" for the upper end of the scale.

Mr. Ajami doesn't refer to or credit Page 11 and Obama's "Blank slate" comments, but he must have read them.

Infatuations, both the type that teenage females get for rock stars or a handsome teacher, have a basis in a brain chemical called phenylethylalamine. That isn't the absolutely correct spelling, but it is the one that works on google to go to various sites that discuss its effect on the brain.

Most of us have been afflicted by an infatuation in our lives. When this happens to us, we project on the person we have become infatuation with all sorts of ideals we have in mind. And of course those same persons rarely come close to our vision. And in fact, the Big Man on Campus will use his charm for his own purposes, most often in the back sear of a car with a Freshman female.

Obama is not only aware of the power of any type of infatuation, he is also aware that the effect wears off. Without warning and for no cause that has ever been determined, phenylethylalamine just stops being produced in the brain.

And the afflicted wakes up feeling, well foolish comes to mind. Sometimes their feelings turn to hate, but most often indifference. And sometimes those so afflicted will redouble their efforts of support, especially in a political context, so they won't feel quite so, uh, stupid comes to mind.

So what was an infatuation becomes an obsession, a hunt to find the good feelings again, where everything was right with the world and the high of infatuation created a rosy glow.

A good example of this is your guy Lee Ward. At one time, he was a devotee of Hillary. When that didn't work out, he hooked up his quest for the good feelings on to Obama. His type of personality isn't capable of walking away and finding some other passion. And that same type of person can sometimes become off the scale of conduct. And that person seldom listens to anything except his own world view.

Bill Ayers is a good example of the problem who, like Lee Ward, accepts no disagreement and if he has or had the power, he would stiffle any view but his (their) own.

Clinton contributed much of this behavior but since then, the tactics seem to havce intensified, honed down and perfected. Democrats cannot win on ideas and they know it. They need this psycho game to trick us to get them in. It works! I can only imagine with all the science in it today it works even better. She has been criticized a lot and questioned about her authenticity. But she tries to address it in this posting.

Bottom line though, is that this woman is saying what most of us McCain supporters sense. There is a concerted effort to suppress the McCain/Palin vote by demoralizing us. The polls are being inflated and, of course, the media is aiding this.

Whether you believe her or not, this is the truth - WE ALL MUST GET OUT AND VOTE MCCAIN/PALIN!

Everytime I want a good dose of ultra right wing nonsense, I come here. It always reminds me that there are still lunitics on the extremes that would destroy this country because of their fringe views. Oh they spend hours on end justifying their views, as witnessed by all their posts on this site, but as we just saw Tuesday, Nov 4, 2008, the rest of the country has a different opinion. You can say the whole nation is wrong and you are right, but nobody cares. 8 years of running the country into the ground, 53 Trillion dollars in Federal debt, yes 53 trillion, not the "Official" 10 trillion as stated, has ruined this country. How the hell are we to remain strong, while our enemys laugh at us for being so foolish? President elect Obama is green, and he is inexperienced, yes, but at least I know, he did not cause this mess. So stop your whining, and put up with it. Failure threatens us all.
