Forced Voluntary Service HR 1388, better know as the Jegund Bill, passed in Congress last week, on March 18th. It was then sent to the Senate where a motion for cloture was passed allowing the bill to go to the Senate for passage.

It will require all children, in both public and private schools, to be indoctrinated in "service-learning", read volunteerism. No exceptions. The only children not mandated to be indoctrinated will be home schoolers (yet).

Sec.111, (b)(1)(A) providing training for teachers, supervisors, personal from community-based agencies (particularly with regard to the RECRUITMENT, UTILIZATION, AND MANAGEMENT OF PARTICIPANTS), and trainers, to be conducted by qualified individuals or organizations that have experience in service-learning.

Promoting Statism All in the name of service. I believe there may be a Consitiutional problem with forcing people into service of any kind.

Now it has come clear...now we know what they intend to do.It is an end-run around Congress. They don't need to try to ban guns--they don't need to fight a massive battle to attempt gun registration, or limit "assault" weapon sales. Nope.
