We all saw how hostile Susan Roesgen was toward the Americans who participated in the Chicago Tea Party yesterday. She was especially offended by a sign that said Obama was a fascist.
Interestingly, Michelle Malkin found this 2006 post at NewsBusters that shows how unoffended Roesgen was at the giant Bush is both Hitler and the devil mask at a Hurricane Katrina protest:
Does President Bush resemble Adolf Hitler and Satan? That seemed to be the implication during the 9am half hour of CNN's American Morning. A protester wearing a George W. Bush mask, complete with a colored in Hitler-esque mustache and red horns attached to the forehead was deemed a Bush "look-alike" by reporter Susan Roesgen. In her report on how the bureaucracy at FEMA is delaying federal funds for rebuilding New Orleans, Roesgen highlighted a group of female Catholic school students demonstrating for money to repair the city's levees. The students, as Roesgen noted, "hoped the President would stop by" the protest. It was then that the demonstrator wearing the Bush mask was highlighted on camera, while Roesgen narrated, "But while a look-alike showed up with a wad of cash, Mr. Bush did not." The "wad of cash" in the demonstrator's hand was actually several phony dollar bills mocking the Bush administration.
It's not a shock that Roesgen is a leftist. What is shocking that she actually thinks she can get away with portraying herself as an objective journalist.

In my (short) 50 years, I have never attended a protest of any kind. I always thought you had to be a little unhinged to stand in a crowd and bitch about, well, anything. Then I saw my world that I've worked hard my for crumbling before my eyes. Maybe the fact I was too busy working working explains why I never attended a protest before. I own a home, balance my budget, carry no debt. I watch helplessly as the leader of the free world (whether intentionally or not) is irresponsibly destroying my country. Then I began to see the tax protests being covered in the blogs and saw a sign that just floored me onto action "Silence = Acceptance" No! damit! I won't accept it, "I'm mad as hell, and I'm not going to take it anymore." -Howard Beale That phase was heard over and over.

Meh, who gives a flying whit what anyone at CNN has to say? They went into the tank when Clinton was president and its been a downhill slide to their current standing in the rating since.
The reality check is that she didn't have the first clue what the guy was saying during the interview and tried to force his view into her socialist worldview.

Taxes are a joke. Regardless of what a political candidate "promises," they will increase. More taxes are always the answer to government mismanagement. They mess up. We suffer. Taxes are reaching cataclysmic levels, with no slowdown in sight ... Is a Civil War Imminent? Do we have to shed blood to reform the current system? I hope it doesn't come to that. But it might.

It has been a gradual process, in fact so gradual that many were unable to see it happening, that the Government Schools which provide some semblance of education to the majority of United States citizens have done such a poor job that the graduates are unable to critically analyze the various things they encounter during the course of their lives. Those people who have developed their ability to discern and make decisions requiring judgment are able to clearly see the bias and condescension which Susan Roesgen clearly displays when she interviews the attendees at these protests.
The commenter whom I quoted is unable to discern the difference between a reporter and a commentator. Without a doubt, there are individuals appearing on the Fox News channel who dedicate the entirety of their air time to opinion journalism. Those individuals will openly state that they are not reporters but are in fact commentators. However, Susan Roesgen appeared at this protest under the guise of a reporter, yet acted as if she were a commentator.
jason, all is not lost. Since you are obviously still drawing breath, you still have time to develop your mental faculties and thinking capabilities to the point that you might some day be able to come up with some original thoughts and ideas of your own, rather than the "talking points" that your masters ad daily KOS provide for you.
Have a profitable day.

Kim,
Still no answer about Cody @ Fox and your equal upset at his "journalist" classification.
I have to believe that if you think CNN's reporter was a hack, while supporting Fox's reporter, then you're just as partisan as Susan Roesgen.
