DeLay is a former exterminator! He will employ those skills well on the show. I plan to vote for him! Over and over and over again!

Watching him do the mambo with Kelly Osbourne will be worth the price of admission alone.

I voted for Tom Delay and I'm sure he has his reasons for doing this show but I am still not going to watch it and not because I'm too intellectual elitist to watch TV because I watch plenty of it but just because I just couldn't care less about watching people dance who don't dance all that well.

I watch old honeymooners and AMC movies occasionally and thats about it. It would be funny to see Tom doing a number with a teleprompter though.

Never a big fan of this show. But if I were, I'd probably watch for Kathy Ireland rather than DeLay. So sue me.

The key is that politicians see themselves not as serious workers for the public welfare, but as celebrities.
The problem is of course that Americans don't really want celebrities, they want someone competent.

Is the guy flat broke?
Show me a holy roller in the public domain and I'll show you a frustrated Elvis wannabe. Or a powder puff.
Good news for the Democratic "public service" brand.
I know, I know. It shouldn't be, but it will be. Like the Palin products coming to QVC or HSN.
