Breitbart is at it again. Big Government is reporting on another breaking ACORN scandal, this time in San Diego.
Shockingly, we now learn that the ACORN office in National City (San Diego County) engaged in a massive document dump on the evening of October 9th, containing thousands upon thousands of sensitive documents, just days prior to the Attorney General's visit. It is disturbing to think how much evidence has to mount before prosecutors and the mainstream media will take corruption at ACORN seriously.BigGovernment.com has learned that not only did this document dump occur, but the documents in question were irresponsibly and brazenly dumped in a public dumpster, without considering laws and regulations as to how sensitive information should be treated.
I am a local licensed private investigator. I took it upon myself to keep an eye on what the local ACORN office was up to, in light of the release of the undercover videos. I retrieved these documents from the public dumpster.
Over the weeks and months ahead, BigGovernment.com will continue to release information from this shocking document dump by ACORN, slowly revealing the ugly truth of ACORN: the fact that their stated mission of helping the poor and downtrodden is just a ruse and a cover for an organization that is highly partisan and highly political, and thus rotten to the core.I continue to be amazed, impressed, and thankful at the ease at which Big Government and its allies have been able to outwit ACORN and bring such evidence into the public light. If California Attorney General Jerry Brown and United States Attorney General Eric Holder refuse to truly investigate ACORN, and if the mainstream media refuses to engage in the investigative reporting that they used to do, then it will continue to be up to citizen journalists and investigators to expose the dirty, rotten underbelly of ACORN.

ACORN threw out a bunch of old paperwork, and this is somehow evidence of some big conspiracy?
OK then. The Bush White House was supposed to keep track of it's emails ***by law***, and somehow they all got erased. Is that evidence of a conspiracy too?
If that's the case, then why is ACORN a big deal but the Bush Administration who actually **ran our government** for 8 years is not?
I mean, what the hell? You guys are treating ACORN like they're run by Dr. fricking Evil.

If an organization throw old paperwork out when there is a court order to preserve those documents or belief that those court orders soon will exist, then yes and people have been convicted and sent to jail for doing so.
An administration including Bush's is supposed to keep track of any "Official business" email. Once again that is "Official business" email. Political action and many of the personal e-mail doesn't fall underneath that definition. Also an administration is prohibited by law from using government e-mail system for political purposes. Try again.

Hey troll, let's see what's in the documents, shall we?
If ACORN is crooked enough to give advice on how to run a prostitution ring of illegal immigrant minors and crooked enough to give advice on how to hide the money from that criminal enterprise, then maybe ACORN is crooked enough to actually engage in criminal activities themselves.
If ACORN is stupid enough to get caught on video and audio giving advice on how to engage in criminal activities, and if ACORN is crooked enough to actually engage in criminal activities themselves, then maybe ACORN was stupid enough to keep written records of their criminal activities and stupid enough to dumpster those written records instead of shredding them.
Let's see what's in the documents, shall we?
And as you know full well, Bush is irrelevant.

Hey troll, Bush is irrelevent to the ACORN document dump, period.
Also, according to the April 13, 2007 CNN story you linked, Democrat Senator Patrick Leahy, the Chairman of the Democrat controlled Senate Judiciary Committee, says the e-mails HAVEN'T BEEN DELETED and exist somewhere, and that, "They're there," he said. "They know they're there, and we'll subpoena them, if necessary, and we'll have them."
The Democrats have controlled the House and Senate, and therefore the Senate Judiciary Commitee, since Junuary 2007. The Democrats have cintrolled the Department of Justice since January of 2009. If the case of the missing evil Bush e-mails hasn't been investigated, if subpoenas haven't been issued, if the case hasn't been brought to trial, if the evil Bush hasn't been tried, convicted, and punished for being the evil Bush that he is, then look no further than the Democrats. Dumbass.

Why are some many individuals and organizations that Obama was involved with in the past shrouded with this aura of deceit and lawlessness.
We knew nothing about this person when he came on the scene a couple of years ago. Questions went unanswered about the likes of Reverend(?) Wright, Bill Ayers, Tony Resko, Acorn..etc.
Had this person been a Republican, the press would know and have investigated every person he ever knew.
A hatred of Bush, White Guilt, and just plain stupidity got this person elected. He possessed no merit, standing on his own to be elect to the office of President.
If the press had investigated Obama just half as much as they hovered over Sarah Palin, Obama would be just a "bad" Senator from Illinois.

Yes I know this is off topic.
The Hatch Act prohibits the use of government resources, including e-mail accounts, for political purposes
The Presidential Records Act changed the legal ownership of the "official records" of the President from private to public.
The key word is "official records". If it was official why would the Hatch act prevent the use of public funds and resources for it? Also if there is a requirement to keep them wouldn't those requirements be funded? To do so would once again be in violation of the Hatch act.
Yeah I know it is Wikipedia.
